CANDIDATE PROFILE:


The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in a senior HR role, either as a Human Resources Lead or Senior HR Officer.


Experience in a manufacturing setting is crucial, as the role involves daily interaction with blue-collar employees in a dynamic environment.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the HR Director in the daily operations of the HR department.

Proactively promote the training and development of team members and managers, ensuring compliance with all mandatory training requirements.

Oversee the employee grievance process and manage conflicts with efficiency.

Supervise the disciplinary procedures for both office-based and blue-collar staff.

Establish and maintain essential relationships across all organizational levels.

Support various HR projects as needed.
