Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the HR Services team to deliver efficient and effective HR operations.
  • Oversee HR ticketing systems, employee inquiries, HR processes, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Drive continuous improvements, maintain high service standards, and support the strategic goals of the firm.
Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective delivery of HR services.

HR Operations:

Manage all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery.

Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments, including Payroll, IT, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure seamless HR support across the business.

Generate regular reports on HR service performance metrics, employee satisfaction, and system usage.

Policy Implementation:

Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and support the company's goals.

Compliance:

Ensure all HR processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for senior management and employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a fast-paced, professional environment, ideally in financial services or retail.
  • Strong experience using HR ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, ZenDesk) for managing employee requests and queries.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Comfortable with HR software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
