- Develop and implement an HR strategy that is aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Attend recruitment fayres and identify opportunities to enhance our visibility as an employer.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and organisational charts. Help to write engaging content that drives reach across our online presence (social, web, e-newsletters)
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement employee development and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Create and implement performance management processes, including performance reviews and performance improvement plans.
- Work alongside our HR consultant to provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Manage employee records, benefits and HR data using Harri.
- Work alongside the senior team to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure they align with the company's vision and values.
