**Group HR Operations Manager/Head of HR Operations**

**Runcorn, Cheshire**

**About the role**

Reporting into the Director of HR, as a leader, you will contribute towards and deliver your part of our HR strategy as well as ensuring that our processes and HR systems are efficient and effective. To do this, without doubt you’ll need to assess current state and make recommendations for changes and improvements. This will include establishing and delivering opportunities to digitise and automate.

**How will you succeed in this role?**

You keep things simple and real (we don’t do complicated), be results and change orientated, and have a continuous improvement mindset. You’ll also be pacy, driven and ambitious; will probably be detail conscious and most definitely be collaborative. You’ll also need to be onsite for up to 4 days a week.
