Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of perfect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering Exceptional Service
    • Provide seamless service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Be discreet, intuitive, and flexible in your approach to service.
    • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the guest's stay are thoroughly attended to.
  • Meeting Guest Requests
    • Fulfill special requests from guests, including special set-ups, additional supplies, and special occasions.
  • Collaborating with the Team
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the guest's stay are met.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer service ethic.
  • Language Skills
    • English is the primary language used in our hotel, and you must be able to communicate comfortably in this language.
