Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to a high standard, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Restock and replenish guest rooms with toiletries, towels, and other essentials.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
