Job Title: Installation Coordinator

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator to join our team. As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation process from start to finish, ensuring that all installations are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of installations
  • Work closely with customers to understand their installation needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and quality, to ensure seamless installation processes
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track installation progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers throughout the installation process
  • Identify and resolve any installation-related issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track installation metrics and performance
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a scheduling or installation coordination function
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve installation-related issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
