Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored instruction to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in GCSE English and Maths.
- Develop engaging lesson plans customized to the unique requirements of each learner.
- Evaluate student progress and modify teaching strategies as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with parents, educators, and other professionals to enhance student learning.
- Keep precise records of student achievements and progress.
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in supporting students with SEND.
- In-depth understanding of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum.
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline.
Professional Experience:A minimum of 2 years teaching experience, ideally within a SEND environment.
Skills and Competencies:- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Primarily operates in a home-based setting.
- May require travel to various educational institutions within the East of England.

All stated pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.
