Job Title: SENCO

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to join our team at Grandir UK. As a SENCO, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring they receive the best possible care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between parents and staff to ensure seamless communication and support for children with special educational needs.
  • Advise and support other Nursery Practitioners in providing tailored support for children with special educational needs or disabilities.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure children receive the necessary support and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and initiatives in SENCO.
