- Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive property condition assessments to guide future maintenance strategies, which will encompass evaluations of housing standards, health and safety compliance, and risk assessments related to environmental factors.
- You will identify structural issues and necessary repairs, initiating corrective actions during your assessments.
