About the Role

Magna Housing Limited is seeking a skilled Asset Surveyor to join our team in the Asset Investment department. As an Asset Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in analyzing property data, conducting stock condition surveys, and managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and oversee asset investment programmes of works
  • Undertake surveys on our assets to create great homes and future programmes
  • Support and oversee projects and contracts, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, quality of work, and budget forecasts
  • Diagnose building defects, produce specifications, and document works to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Support and produce feasibility studies and option appraisals on schemes
Requirements
  • HND or equivalent in a construction-related discipline with a mathematical mindset
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, logical, and capable of concise and accurate work with proficient IT comprehension
  • Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and experience of construction from inception to completion
