Job Title: Property Maintenance Person

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Person to join our team at South West Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of upkeep and supporting our luxury estate's various businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the estate's properties are well-maintained.
  • Carry out minor plumbing and decorating tasks to maintain the estate's aesthetic appeal.
  • Assist with landscaping and grounds keeping as needed to maintain the estate's natural beauty.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure the estate's operations run smoothly.
  • Conduct general driving duties to transport equipment and personnel as required.
  • Provide support for events by performing various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in basic plumbing and decorating is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required to ensure high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects are necessary for the role.
  • A valid driver's license is required for driving duties.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as required.
