Maintenance Person Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our client's property management team. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with a competitive annual salary of £26,000.

As a Maintenance Person, you will provide support in the maintenance of a range of properties, including holiday lets. Your duties will include carrying out routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and safe for occupants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing properties
  • Responding to maintenance requests from occupants and management
  • Ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and safe for occupants
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the property management team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or property management role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
