Job Summary:

BBL Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Property Manager to join our client's Retirement Property Portfolio team in the South of England. As an Area Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff and overseeing the operations of 21 retirement community sites across Hampshire, Dorset, and East Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retirement community sites, including legislative compliance and business opportunities
  • Drive business growth and improvement through process streamlining and efficiency identification
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, clients, and staff
  • Referring business-critical matters back to head office as required

Requirements:

  • Thorough grounding in property management, preferably in the retirement sector
  • Excellent team management skills and a commitment to improving standards
  • Professional qualifications advantageous, but not essential
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle essential
