Senior Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Handler to join our team at STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD. As a Senior Account Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial insurance business.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all records.
- Collaboration and Negotiation: Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance policies.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the insurance market to provide proactive advice to clients.
- Client Support: Handle inquiries, claims, and other client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Business Growth: Contribute to the growth of the business through identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of the brokerage environment.
- Qualifications: Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using insurance management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Professional Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications such as ACII or equivalent would be advantageous.
