DreamSearch Ltd, a reputable and forward-thinking insurance broker, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Insurance Account Handler to manage a lucrative existing book of clients and support the continued growth of the business. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and broking existing and new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- To contribute towards the Commercial team's achievement of forecasts, plans, programmes, and budgets.
- To maintain regular contact with existing customers and ensure their insurance requirements continue to be met in line with service levels.
- To work closely with Account Executives and other Account Handlers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- To ensure that files, notes, and other records are clear, complete, up to date, and available to other staff during periods of absence, in order to maintain high levels of client service and accuracy of documentation.
- To cooperate and participate with other team members in ensuring the smooth running of the office and any housekeeping tasks are fully accomplished.
Requirements:
- At least 2/3 years' experience in Commercial Broking.
- The principles, practices, and legalities of most major classes of General Insurance.
- Knowledge of a wide range of Commercial Insurance products, including but not restricted to Commercial Combined, Fleet, Property Owners, Cyber, D&O, Employers, and Public liability.
