Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join our team at DreamSearch Ltd. As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a lucrative existing book of clients and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the Commercial team's achievement of forecasts, plans, programmes, and budgets.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure their insurance requirements are met.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and other Account Handlers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure files, notes, and records are clear, complete, and up to date.
  • Cooperate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Requirements:

  • At least 2/3 years' experience in Commercial Broking.
  • Knowledge of major classes of General Insurance.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of Commercial Insurance products.
