We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered General Nurse (Adult) to join our dynamic healthcare team as a Night Staff Nurse at Willing Care.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and patient-centered nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents during the night shift. As a Night Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments, monitoring and recording residents' vital signs and condition, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents during the night shift
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs and condition
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
- RGN Registered General Nurse (Adult) qualification
- Valid UK NMC Pin
- Previous experience in a nursing home setting
- Strong clinical skills and ability to make sound decisions
