About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing safe and effective care to our residents. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and promoting a positive living environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual, with a person-centred approach to nursing. Your ability to work autonomously and as part of a team will be crucial in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
