We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing direct patient care. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, and experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. You will also need to be dedicated and compassionate, with a person-centred and thoughtful approach to nursing.
