We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our care team at Crooton. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing medication safely and delivering exceptional care. Your expertise and professional judgment will be valued and respected as you make critical clinical decisions.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of the latest clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
