Job Description:
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team in a brand new residential care service. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate support plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Write and implement residential core assessments, pathway plans, and other reports as necessary
- Work directly with residents and their families to assess risks, strengths, and viability of living in the community
- Manage and work with set budgets to ensure the financial sustainability of the service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Requirements:
- Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Clear enhanced DBS Record
- Experience of Social Services and Local Authorities
- Sound knowledge and understanding of CQC and current legislations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
