Senior Healthcare Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

Grist Legal Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Litigation Solicitor to join our team. As a senior solicitor, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of junior lawyers, providing expert advice on a wide range of healthcare law issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Advise health and social care clients on various matters, including inquests, litigation, mental health and capacity law, public law, governance, and patient safety investigations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to address complex healthcare law issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide expert advice and support on healthcare law matters.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in healthcare law.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior solicitor in healthcare law, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of healthcare law, including inquests, litigation, mental health and capacity law, public law, and governance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
