Senior Healthcare Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Grist Legal Recruitment. As a leading legal recruitment consultancy, we specialize in placing Partners, Solicitors, Legal Executives, Paralegals, Secretaries, and support staff in top law firms.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice to health and social care clients on a wide range of issues, including inquests, litigation, mental health and mental capacity law, public law, governance, patient safety investigations, CQC and related healthcare regulation, and confidentiality and information law.
- Supervise and support a team of junior lawyers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare law, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice.
- Demonstrable advisory experience, including advocacy or a willingness to develop advocacy skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare law, including inquests, litigation, mental health and mental capacity law, public law, and governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- A competitive salary, dependent on experience, up to £83,000.
