Senior Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at TSR. As a key member of our social housing contractor, you will be responsible for managing kitchen and bathroom/planned works contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects within budget and time scales
  • Manage a team to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Focus on quality, customer service, and profitability
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • SMSTS certification
  • NVQ Level 7 or equivalent
  • Knowledge of MS Project
  • Experience in social housing/planned maintenance projects
