About the Role
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including managing sales, customer service, and visual merchandising. You will also be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
- Monitor and control stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans to drive business growth
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. You will also need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of visual merchandising and store operations, with the ability to manage and control stock levels.
