Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Clarks. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service and sales skills to your team.
- Run the shop floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Support your team in achieving sales and service targets, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
