Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Clarks. As a Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales and service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the sales and service team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth
- Manage the store floor, merchandising, and visual displays to create an engaging customer experience
- Support the store manager in achieving business objectives and implementing company policies
- Collaborate with the sales and service team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
