We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Clarks. As a Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the shop floor, merchandising, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.

- Merchandise and manage stock levels to meet sales targets
- Support and develop your team to achieve their full potential
- Deputise for the manager when required
