We are currently partnering with a leading UK brand, Frazer Jones, to find a Senior Manager of Executive Rewards based in the UK. This role will have a key focus on executive compensation, working closely with the Head of Reward to develop and implement remuneration strategies.
As a key member of the Frazer Jones team, you will lead the development of director and executive level remuneration reports, working through policy and all related external remuneration discovery. You will also be responsible for providing expert advice on reward and remuneration matters to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement executive compensation strategies
- Lead the development of remuneration reports for directors and executives
- Provide expert advice on reward and remuneration matters
- Work closely with the Head of Reward to develop and implement remuneration policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in executive compensation and reward
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
