In this role, reporting directly to the People Director for Employee Purpose and Experience, you will collaborate closely to implement the global wellbeing strategy, which encompasses various programs and initiatives designed to enhance our People Strategy. Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will contribute to the formulation and support of the Group Health & Wellbeing strategy and policies related to employee wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to engage with leadership, employees, and their representatives to advance the Wellbeing agenda.
  • Leading, deploying, and assessing our global employee wellbeing programs aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing in alignment with the Company's Health and Safety and Employee Purpose and Experience Strategy.
  • Establishing and nurturing a global network of wellbeing leads, akin to a community of practice, to facilitate the implementation of wellbeing programs across various sectors by coordinating resource requests, training needs, and communications.
  • Collaborating with functional Centers of Excellence and business units to promote and enhance employee wellbeing.
  • Assisting in the development and reporting of metrics for global wellbeing programs, utilizing gathered information to identify common themes affecting employee wellbeing and informing strategy.
  • Representing the Company in relevant external forums and supporting external benchmarking while sharing best practices.
  • Monitoring regulatory or professional changes that may influence our approach to employee wellbeing and updating our strategies and improvement programs accordingly.

  • Recognized as a thought leader in health and wellbeing, both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to lead and foster collective ownership of health, safety, and wellbeing management within a large-scale organization.
  • Demonstrated experience advising and guiding senior management on health risks, audits, and compliance in alignment with business strategy and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills, with a collaborative mindset across the organization and with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in industrial and manufacturing sectors, with a strong understanding of regulatory issues and long-term influences affecting the industry.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and best practices for health and wellbeing strategies.
  • Experience in leading change and driving best practices within a complex organizational structure.
