Job Summary:

Huntress is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Support Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Service Technicians, Account Coordinators, and Business Development Managers, to ensure seamless customer service
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
  • Communicate with customers regarding their repair calls, including updates on delays or job status
  • Provide pricing and quotations to customers as required
  • Support the development of business relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Maintain accurate customer information on our systems, including contact details and access times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or service delivery environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Methodical and organized approach to work, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset
  • Working knowledge of CRM software, preferably SAP
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
