About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Delivery Controller to join our team at CityFibre. As a key member of our Customer Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating key aspects of project delivery for our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Service Delivery Manager in developing roadmaps and assisting with infrastructure planning to align customer orders with our core network.
  • Regularly report project progress, status, and risks to Service Delivery, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist in defining project scope, activities, and timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the planning and execution of client communications throughout the delivery lifecycle, including regular meetings and reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Proven experience in planning and controlling complex, multi-workstream projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level or above.
  • A self-motivated and autonomous approach to work.
