Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference Producer to join our team at Hire Rightt - Executive Search. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the exhibition and conference industry in the UAE and the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conference Research & Development:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trending topics, emerging industries, and potential speakers.
    • Collaborate with exhibitors and sponsors to develop content themes that align with their business objectives and target audience.
    • Work closely with industry stakeholders and advisory boards to shape the conference agenda.
  • Speaker Management:
    • Identify, invite, and confirm high-profile speakers, panelists, and moderators from various industries.
    • Maintain strong relationships with speakers and ensure smooth coordination of logistics and scheduling.
    • Prepare and brief speakers on the event agenda and key objectives.
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging and innovative conference programs that cater to both local and international audiences.
    • Draft session outlines, speaker bios, and promotional content for marketing purposes.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns and ensure alignment with event goals.
  • Event Execution:
    • Oversee the onsite management of the conference program, ensuring a seamless experience for speakers, delegates, and sponsors.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the event runs smoothly and meets production standards.
    • Evaluate the success of the conference through attendee feedback, key performance indicators (KPIs), and post-event analysis.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Liaise with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners to align conference content with their goals and increase their return on investment.
    • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations and media partners.
  • Budget & Timeline Management:
    • Develop and manage conference budgets, ensuring costs are within agreed limits.
    • Ensure that all conference-related activities are completed on time and within scope.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in conference production, preferably within the exhibitions and events industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Proven ability to deliver high-quality content-driven conferences.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
