Overview
Are you an experienced and motivated Nurse with exceptional communication abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults?
This role offers a dynamic and fulfilling opportunity within a well-established, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to enhancing the lives of older individuals. We seek individuals who are compassionate, patient-centered, and enthusiastic about working in the community.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Nurse, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive, person-centered assessments and therapeutic interventions for patients in need of nursing care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering holistic assessments and care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure best practices in nursing care.
- Engaging with patients and their families to facilitate effective communication and support.
- Making informed clinical decisions and providing expert advice on patient care.
- Supporting the professional development of junior staff and nursing students.
- Participating in the delivery of best practice guidelines for nursing and healthcare.

Essential Criteria
- Relevant post-registration nursing experience.
- Experience working with older adult patients.
- Current registration with the relevant professional body.
Desirable Criteria
- Mentorship qualifications or willingness to undertake training.
