Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in metal fabrication and a commitment to producing top-notch components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate metal components and structures from steel and stainless steel according to technical specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute fabrication tasks accurately.
- Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and tools, including welders, grinders, and cutting equipment.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all fabricated parts meet industry standards.
- Assemble fabricated components into finished products.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator with expertise in steel and stainless steel fabrication.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with fabrication machinery and tools, including welders and grinders.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a fabrication environment.
