As the Lead Administrative Officer, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • General office management tasks
  • Responding to inquiries from parents and guardians regarding children's transport applications
  • Providing comprehensive administrative assistance
  • Utilizing a variety of IT tools, including typing, databases, spreadsheets, email, and internet resources
  • Offering guidance and support to Education Authority personnel, clients, the public, and other professionals
  • Assisting in gathering factual data and statistical information from diverse sources
  • Drafting correspondence, meeting minutes, notes, and other clerical documentation as required
  • Delivering customer service through both telephone and in-person interactions
