Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at B&ce Group. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad range of customer queries and requests across a range of products and processes, providing professional, helpful, and empathetic service through effective customer communication.
- Work in our contact centre taking inbound phone calls, webchats, emails, and any future customer contact channels we introduce.
- Use your active listening skills to understand and support customers so that their needs are understood - and service standards are maintained.
- Contribute to the department meeting our service standards and service levels by meeting your own performance objectives.
- Work with a first contact resolution focus when handling any complaints by working to resolve these within your control or escalating through our resolutions & complaints processes.
