Customer Service Director

As a Customer Experience Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of retail professionals to achieve this goal. You will work closely with the Lead Customer Experience Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retail outcomes in your area. This is a well-balanced management role with clear accountability and opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of customer-facing employees to deliver outstanding customer service* Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and retail outcomes* Work closely with the Lead Customer Experience Manager to achieve business objectives* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience* Identify and address performance issues and provide coaching and training to team members
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role or team leadership* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve this goal
