Customer Service Executive

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 PM

Salary: £23,000-£25,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction meets the highest standards.
  2. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive reputation for the company.
  3. Develop and implement customer service strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Provide coaching and training to new and existing staff, empowering them to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  5. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  7. Report on customer service metrics and trends, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  5. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  6. Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. A positive and customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
