HR Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading indie production house, supporting the production of groundbreaking TV.

About the Role

  • Partner with the scripted labels side of the business and the finance team to drive change and lead the People function internally.
  • Support Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and recruitment, as well as managing the HRIS (Workday) and supporting with payroll and freelancers.
  • Collaborate with CEOs and MDs of the productions houses to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Confident HR lead with a breadth of knowledge, ideally from a media or creative background.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with C-Suite.
  • Demonstrated ER exposure, particularly around change and restructures.
