About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Associate Psychologist/Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessments, interventions, and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed approaches.
  • Monitor therapeutic progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, service users, and their families to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide written reports and assessments for professionals, clients, and other agencies.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification as a Clinical Associate Psychologist or equivalent experience as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner.
  • Current membership of the British Psychological Society or equivalent professional registration.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology.
  • Experience working in adult mental health services, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Experience working under supervision from a registered Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Experience contributing to the delivery of specific psychological therapies.
  • Experience working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
