We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Achieving for Children. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people who are subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting children and young people in need, including those subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans
- Building strong relationships with families, their support network, and partner agencies
- Conducting regular assessments, writing threshold applications, and chairing meetings
- Ensuring children and young people are actively involved in our work and their voice is captured in our case recording
- Participating in reflective supervision and group supervision
- Relevant Social Work qualification
- Completion of ASYE
- Active Social Work England registration
