About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Safeguarding team in Kingston and Richmond. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people who are subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting children and young people in need, including those subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans
  • Building strong relationships with families, their support network, and partner agencies
  • Conducting regular assessments, writing reports, and chairing meetings as required
  • Ensuring children and young people are actively involved in our work and their voice is captured in our case recording
  • Participating in reflective supervision and group supervision
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a relevant Social Work qualification, completion of ASYE, and active Social Work England registration. You should be an effective communicator, resilient worker, and confident in your ability to work with complex cases.
