Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting children and young people in need, including those subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans
- Building strong relationships with families, their support network, and partner agencies
- Conducting regular assessments, writing reports, and chairing meetings
- Ensuring children and young people are actively involved in our work and their voice is captured in our case recording
- Participating in reflective supervision and group supervision
