About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our Front of House Team at Nuffield Health. As the face of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel comfortable and supported during their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use your communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and book appointments in a efficient and organized manner.
  • Welcoming patients in person, directing them to the appropriate areas, and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of service quality and ensure the department runs smoothly.
  • Prepare and manage clinical paperwork, referral forms, and other administrative tasks.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working a variety of shifts, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.
