Sales Engineer Thermal Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at nVent Thermal Management. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business development efforts for our industry-leading thermal management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) consultants and contractors to promote our products and solutions.
- Identify and target potential clients to expand our customer base and drive profitable revenue growth.
- Collaborate with M&E consultants to influence project specifications and ensure that our products are included in project plans.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and their applications to provide high-level technical support and assistance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions, seminars, and webinars to enhance the knowledge of M&E consultants and contractors about our products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback, and prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in specification sales within the construction or electrical industry.
- Strong technical competence with the ability to understand and explain sophisticated engineering concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- A valid driver's license.
