About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join our team at Itineris. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our UMAX solution at our customers' premises in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Utilities industry and experience with large, complex ERP/CRM project implementations. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, translating business and functional requirements into application solutions, and collaborating closely with our project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer expectations and translate business and functional requirements into application solutions
  • Attend workshops and meetings with customers onsite
  • Follow up on testing and guarantee quality of the solution
  • Contribute to the further evolution of the Itineris standard UMAX solution
  • Take ownership of assigned modules in the project and interact with other team members
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Service Delivery Consultants
  • Participate in project progress meetings and proactively identify risk areas
  • Apply expertise to deliver high-quality consulting services to new and existing customers
  • Continuously develop and extend knowledge within the Utility market and transfer knowledge to other colleagues
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills (master's degree or equivalent through experience)
  • Experience with the Utilities market is a MUST
  • At least 3-5 years' experience as a Functional Consultant in the context of large, complex ERP/CRM project implementations
  • Expert in identifying business requirements and excellent understanding of customers' business processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a 'plus'
  • Knowledge of PowerApps, Common Data Services, Project Automate, MS Forms pro,... is a 'plus'
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Willing to travel to the client (Reading area)
  • Dynamic team player with true problem-solving mentality
