**Job Summary**
Sanderson is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale SAP ERP implementation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering the programme to plan, while ensuring effective collaboration between functions and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside global process specialists to build business cases and define high-level plans.
- Create integrated GPO plans that include all initiatives across the finance landscape.
- Manage and deliver to plan, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Lead and collaborate between functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Manage RAID, mitigation's, and broader project actions, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Provide status reporting, consolidation, and validation, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Manage change requests, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption.
- Cross-dependency management, ensuring effective coordination and alignment.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
- Manage resource tracking and impact, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Work in partnership with change and training leads, ensuring effective programme delivery.
- Manage governance and ways of working for the project, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Control the project scope and schedule, ensuring timely completion and minimal scope creep.
Requirements:
- SAP S4 Hana experience is highly desirable.
- Experience of large ERP/SAP implementations is essential.
- L2C (Lead to Cash) or S2S (Stock to Sell) experience is highly valued.
- Manufacturing background is preferred.
- End-to-end customer service to supply chain experience is essential.
- Breadth of experience touching all the way through the process from customer to supply chain is highly valued.
- System deployment experience is essential.
- Functional and process knowledge is highly valued.
- Master data experience is essential.
- Hitting the ground running to allow GPOs to move on following handover is critical.
- Manage the plan, RAID management, cost, and dependency management are essential.
