We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join our team at Itineris. As a key member of our Project Teams, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our UMAX solution at our customers' premises in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Utilities industry, with experience in large, complex ERP/CRM project implementations. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, translating business and functional requirements into application solutions, and ensuring the quality of the solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the link between Business and IT, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage customer expectations and translate business and functional requirements into application solutions.
- Attend workshops and meetings with customers onsite, ensuring effective project management and delivery.
- Follow up on testing and guarantee the quality of the solution.
- Contribute to the further evolution of the Itineris standard UMAX solution.
- Take ownership of assigned modules in the project and interact with other team members.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Service Delivery Consultants.
- Participate in project progress meetings and proactively identify risk areas.
- Apply your expertise to deliver high-quality consulting services to new and existing customers.
- Continuously develop and extend your knowledge within the Utility market and transfer knowledge to other colleagues.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills, with a master's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Experience with the Utilities market is a must.
- At least 3-5 years' experience as a Functional Consultant in the context of large, complex ERP/CRM project implementations.
- Expertise in identifying business requirements and an excellent understanding of customers' business processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Knowledge of PowerApps, Common Data Services, Project Automate, MS Forms pro, etc. is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to the client site, depending on the project implementation phase.
- Dynamic team player with a true problem-solving mentality.
- Hands-on, likes to take initiatives, and driven by quality.
- 100% customer-oriented and adapts swiftly to fast-paced and quickly changing environments.
